Urbanity ships within the United States utilizing our Standard Shipping (3-5 business day ship time) or Expedited Shipping via UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is calculated based on items in your shopping cart and are available as a selection during checkout.
Please note United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Shipping is NOT guaranteed by the Postal Service. Although Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 business days, it may may take longer since it isn't a guaranteed option. However, USPS Express and all UPS options are guaranteed.
Urbanity ships internationally utilizing the following shipping carriers:
- UPS (not all options available in all countries)
- UPS Standard (Varies)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days)
- UPS Worldwide Saver (1-3 business days)
- UPS Worldwide Express (1-3 business days by 10:30 A.M. or 12:00 P.M (noon))
Urbanity is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with an order shipped to destinations outside of the United States. Furthermore, Urbanity is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order. To learn more about country-specific regulations that may affect your international shipment, please reference United Parcel Service's Country Regulations or Federal Express Country Profiles. If you are shipping to an International address, please allow for additional transit time for customs than what is guaranteed by the shipping carrier.
Order and approve your final proof by 2 p.m. EST (M-F) and your package leaves our facilities within 2 business days (M-F). The 2 business days (M-F) defines the printing, cutting and packaging from our facility, but does not include the shipping carrier transit time. Shipping carrier transit time is in addition to the 2 business days. Please note, if you are not fully satisfied with the shipping time, carrier, option, etc. that you selected during checkout we will do our best to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for late, lost or misplaced shipments. In some instances, your package may ship via a different carrier than you selected during checkout, however, your shipment will be sent in the same amount of time of the option you selected. If you are shipping to an International address, please allow for additional transit time than what is guaranteed by the shipping carrier for customs.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
At Urbanity, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, you are not fully satisfied with the product, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it, issue a gift certificate, or give a refund. It's that simple.
Please note that personalized or customized products that are incorrect due to customer error i.e. misspellings, grammatical errors, etc., can be reprinted for a 20% discount off the original price. If the issue stems from an Urbanity error, we will gladly exchange the product, reprint the product, issue a gift certificate or offer a refund. That's our promise to you.
We cannot offer refunds, exchanges or gift certificates if you are not satisfied with the shipping time it takes for the product to be delivered to your door.
If you would like a refund, please contact us to initiate the refund and obtain a return authorization number. We ask that you send the product back to Urbanity in its original shipping and packing materials, after you have received a return authorization number from an Urbanitystudios customer service representative. Once we receive the product we will issue a refund to the credit card used to place the order. In the event you purchased the product with a gift certificate, we will send you a refund check. In the event you purchased the product with a gift certificate awarded from a blog giveaway, we will refund your order by way of a store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original or return shipping charges.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
