Though it is hard to describe via the website, shimmer paper has a sheen to it that when tilted in the light, it sparkles. It is a beautiful paper and makes bold colors pop and soft colors glow. The shimmer paper is a heavy card stock that you can feel great using. In keeping with a strong environmental commitment, the shimmer paper is manufactured carbon neutral using 100% wind energy in its manufacturing process and is certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI). The paper is made from 30% post-consumer waste and gives the finished product a wonderful, glamorous appearance.
Can I receive a sample before I order?
You can order sample packs for $3.00 which include a variety of invitations. The samples allow you to see the vibrancy and quality of our finished product. The sample pack will most likely not include the product in which you are interested, but because all of our personalized invitations are printed in the same manner, you will have confidence of how your product will look.
Do you offer shipping options other than USPS?
Yes, we offer shipping options through various carriers including USPS, FedEx and UPS. Please visit our shipping page for full details.
What does the back of the card look like?
For every product, except in the wedding category, UrbanityStudios' logo is watermarked on back. Every product’s back is white for the matte paper or shimmer for the shimmer paper.
Can you print the printable invitations for me?
No, the printable invitations are designed for you to print on your home printer. We offer printing instructions, printing templates as well as videos on how to assemble the print your own products. You will see the link to these helpful hints on the product's page.

Shipping is calculated by weight. You can see how much your shipping will be by adding however many items you would like to your cart and click on the shipping estimator link located above the subtotal. Enter your zip code, click update, and your various shipping options will appear.
Do you offer printing on the envelopes?
We do not; however, we do offer really cool labels that wrap around the envelopes. Labels can be designed to match your invitations, stationery or other items you are mailing.
What type of envelopes comes with the product?
Every envelope that comes with the product has a square back. The matte envelopes are bright white and made from a high quality paper. The shimmer envelopes match the shimmer paper’s sheen and are made from a lighter stock than the shimmer paper stock.
How much does it cost to mail the individual invitation?
All of our invitations, with the exception of the Message in a bottle and the Cootie Catcher, mail for first class postage. If you include extra items with your envelope, you may want to check with your local post office and verify that you haven’t gone over the 1 oz. weight limit.All of our products are exclusive to Urbanitystudios and cannot be found elsewhere. We do not price match other vendor’s invitation prices as their product may be placed on a different paper, printed with a lower quality press, etc. We do however, offer great shipping prices and wonderful quantity discounts on all of our products.
Can you match a card’s design elements to any color?
If you would like us to change a design color to match your event, we will gladly do so free of charge. We need to have a physical sample of what you would like us to color match, i.e. a piece of ribbon, fabric or printed piece.
